Here we show tips when handling a kitchen knife
In collaboration with Andreas Stenberg, who is a trained chef with many years of experience in the restaurant industry, we have developed some tips on knife handling, ie. how you as a professional chef, among other things, cut a tomato or chop an onion.
Andreas currently runs Bistro Gustavsberg and holds i.a. cooking and knife handling courses.
In collaboration with Leif Kohlström, who is the 3rd generation professioonal knife sharpener at "Sliperi Eggen", we show how a sharpening is done and how sharp the knife becomes after sharpening.
