Purchase and Delivery Terms
1. General
All prices are stated including VAT of 25% in the default setting. At the top right, you can choose if you prefer to see excluding VAT.
2. Payment options
Payment is made through Klarna Checkout or via Swish and conditions for this are stated in the last step when paying. In connection with check-out, you accept both our terms of purchase and the payment provider's terms.
After identification and risk assessment, Klarna shows the payment options that can be offered to you. Whatever payment option you choose, Klarna is the one that handles the payment transaction while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be directed to the store. Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.
3. Terms of delivery
Normal delivery time is 2-5 days and we mainly use DHL as a shipping company. In high season, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
Orders over SEK 500 are delivered free of charge, while smaller orders are charged with a shipping of SEK 49.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the carrier's handling, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the transport company can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we reserve the right to invoice you SEK 199 for our work with handling the goods.
4. Right of withdrawal / Complaint / Warranty
We follow the law on e-commerce sales according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without stating any reason. Notice of this must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods (does not apply to specially ordered goods). In addition, we offer you to return your products if you are not satisfied, or if they do not meet your expectations, within 30 days of purchase, we call it Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
All products also have a 1-year warranty. If it can be shown that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you always get new parts or a new product, however, the warranty does not apply in the event of wear and tear or incorrect use.
You pay the return shipping yourself and also keep in mind that you are responsible for the risk in connection with the return shipping, ie you are responsible for packaging the product well so that it is not damaged during the return shipping.
All returns, complaints and warranty matters must be made in writing via email to info@audgeirr.se
